Customer called us out regarding there kitchen faucet leaking from base. Upon inspection the faucet was leaking from the connection that were built in the faucet told customer we could either replace it or special order parts. Replacing was the option he choose also mentioned his daughter shower drain was filling up. Did a drain maintenance snaking drain out removing any hair or debris and after snaking a bunch of hair came out of drain at this time everything is good.

I've had multiple plumbing issues in "this old house" - including a pair of corroded rooftop solar hot water panels, a bad pump on my boiler and a major underground leak in PVC supply lines (who does that?). All Aloha - and Randen in particular - have been great at diagnosing and resolving all my problems, at reasonable (for Maui) rates. A good company to go to, if you have plumbing needs on the island.
