Had a leaking toilet supply valve. Ty came super quick and swapped it out with a quarter turn valve. Professional friendly. $600 though. Way more expensive than i thought. But I guess that the company price. Only issue was he measured our water pressure. Gauge said it was 120psi (!!!) so recommended we change our water pressure regulator. I measured it myself afterward and it only read 40psi. Read it wrong? Will try measure it again with another reader.
I needed major sewer work, and All Aloha Plumbing came out immediately. Repair man, Ty, assessed the problem thoroughly and patiently explained the problem, the solutions, and the cost. The work progressed over several days, but, I was never inconvenienced in my daily duties. My regular plumber could not do the extensive work I needed done, and he recommended this company. I'm relieved I called All Aloha Plumbing.

The plumber, Tyi that came was prompt , efficient and explained thoroughly of my situation. He was able to provide me his recommendations which I accepted and completed the tasks quickly. The plumbers were prompt, courteous and professional. They were proficient and efficient. They addressed my concerns, repaired the problem and discover the source of the problem. Unlike the previous two plumbers who did the least possible with no improvements and charged an excessive amount.
Very professional, explained everything, gave options of services and I liked that he came right away, I called Friday afternoon and he came early Saturday morning, I would use All Aloha Plumbing again
Ty was very professional and customer service was great. However, the prices to resolve our situation were surprisingly high in our opinion. Obviously, Ty has nothing to do with the prices of services set by the company.
We highly recommend All Aloha Plumbing for your plumbing needs. When our sink and washer drains were overflowing, Tyi from All Aloha Plumbing did a super job cleaning out the pipes. He used special tools to clear the pipes and showed us the gunk that was clogging the drains. He also instructed on how to maintain our drains so they would not get clogged. Thanks to his patience, professional skills, and focus, we no longer have to worry about clogged drains at our house.
Ty was very knowledgeable and professional in his job and I felt very confident in accepting his recommendations. He installed my water heater and two toilets very efficiently and cleaned up neatly. I was very pleased with this experience.
Surprisingly sewer repairs were done within a week. All plumbers and helpers were respectful to all occupants. Work areas were cleaned when completed. Joseph did an excellent job in completing contract. Thank you to all I encountered during this very stressful time. Glad I got to meet you.
