Had leaking kitchen faucet with a large sink that needed a professional. Initially the online request sent a confirmation that someone would contact me, but since nobody did, I called, and received an apology, along with the person confirming that it would be noted that the online feature didn't file my request.The next available appointment was 2 days later, though I was put on priority wait list. The next day I got a call that there was an opening, and Teran gave thorough inspection and explanation. I asked if I could add on another sink that was leaking, and Teran said there would be no problem. He also asked if he could inspect the rest of the house. He provided 3 estimates, with the lowest being just for the kitchen faucet. We chose to fix just the Kitchen, though it was helpful to have an assessment of potential problems to watch for. Teran was efficient, friendly, informative, and considerate. We need more like him.

Tech Ty arrived, assessed the work I wanted/needed done, gave me options and started on the job asap. Replaced old pressure regulator (which was running high) and replaced the old corroded shower water valve (American Standard-no longer available). All done in one day!!Note: developers (Gentry) built with low grade pipes that becomes brittle over time. Ty had to do more than a simple job, putting more doable pipe and connectors. Kekoa was the technician that came, he pointed out where the awful smell was coming from my neighbors house, he then performed a camera inspection of my drain system. He showed me everything that was going on in my drain system in conclusion he recommended a Hydro cleaning. I am a very hands on person who has a lot of experience with plumbing. You might even say I am a pain. This job involved remediating a lot of very tired plumbing. Clogged llines, broken retaining straps, rotted galvanized, some weird jury rigging by a previous owner, and much more. Michael did a really thorough job of patiently walking me through all of the things that could be done. Where things were tricky, he provided photos of the existing plumbing and kept me up to date on what he found when opening things up. In a few cases, he was able to correct things with straightforward solutions and reduce the bill accordingly. Once we got a plan he worked late hours and got the job done. I am very picky about work quality and his work was excellent. Much better than I have seen by others who have done work on my house.

Your employee was friendly and his work was efficient, he got the job done in all of 10 minutes. Wasn’t a difficult job. However, the cost was ridiculous. For one plastic part that he changed out, $75 would be a lot but $250 with discounts is just gouging.
