His assessment of all the details to reroute the waterline from the BWS underground line to my property and reroute the line above ground to each delivery points, i.e., water heater, hose bibs, kitchen, laundry area, bathrooms (1 & 1/2) is a work of art. His spatial abilities amaze me. To envision all tasks required and to connect all the steps & sequences is unique. His follow through step by step and reply to my questions as the work was being done is exceptional. Personable and patient with a smile. Organized, neat, tidys up after each step, creative in unexpected challenges and accomplish each and clean up work areas. The problem in my estmation was a BIG JOB; Ty met the Giant and Slayed it. In addition, I am impressed that his van interior is neat, tidy, organized despite all the tools, supplies, equipment. I appreciate a professional, skilled, organized, intelligent, detailed, personable work horse.

Tarin was great and friendly. Clearly explained the steps that needed to be taken in order to complete the job. So glad I called.
Tarin was very professional and fixed the leaking bathtub faucet (cartridge). He explained what the problem was and also the fix so I could easily understand what he was doing/would be doing. He was also really kind, which I greatly appreciated. I called on a Friday and was scheduled for a Monday appointment. Dispatch was very good at staying in contact and letting me know when the plumber was on his way, etc. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for pricing is because I felt it was a bit expensive, but, I realize that plumbing work is expensive to begin with... I also don't know what other plumbers would have charged for the same service either. So perhaps I don't have enough information to give a fair rating in regards to cost. At any rate, overall I am happy with the work done and that my problem was fixed. Thank you!
