Mana went out to do work on my Dads toilets. I called and asked what was needed to be done, he explained that the pressure regulator valve needed to be replaced. He also scoped the lines and determined that my father needed to have 2 new toilets. I asked for an estimate to replace the toilets and to replace the pressure regulator valves. He said it would be over $5000! I asked how much to replace the pressure regulator valve was and he said $1400. He said the scope was $300. I was not there. My father said that he charged him $2000 or more. My husband was going up to his house to check on the toilets. I asked him to get the invoice. My father said that there was no invoice and that it was to be emailed to him. It has been over 5 hrs and still no invoice from Mana. Also he did not leave a card for me to be able to contact him. When I talked to Mana I estimated the cost of replacing the 2 toilets to be over $3000! We are still awaiting the itemization for the charges incurred this afternoon.
