Sink Types We Install

  • Drop-in sinks sit on the counter with a rim and are the simplest to replace
  • Undermount sinks attach below a stone or solid surface counter for a clean edge
  • Farmhouse sinks have an exposed front and often need cabinet changes
  • Vessel sinks sit on top of a bathroom vanity and need a taller faucet or a wall mount
  • Pedestal and wall-hung sinks save space in small bathrooms
  • Utility sinks for laundry rooms, garages and work areas

Why a Professional Install Matters

Plenty of videos show how to swap a sink, but small mistakes cause real damage. A loose slip nut, an overtightened supply line or a trap set at the wrong height can leak slowly into the cabinet for weeks before anyone notices. We replace worn shutoff valves and supply lines while we are there, set the drain and trap to the right height, connect any disposal or dishwasher, and test each joint with water running. If your home has older galvanized pipe at the wall, we check its condition too.

We also confirm the new sink fits the cabinet and counter cutout before anything is removed, so you are not left without a working sink while parts are sorted out. If the counter needs to be cut or the cabinet needs changes, we tell you up front.

Do you install sinks on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island?

What happens during a sink installation?

We shut off the water, disconnect and remove the old sink, and check the shutoff valves and drain at the wall. The new sink is set and sealed to the counter or wall, then the faucet, supply lines, drain and trap are connected. We finish by running water and checking every joint for leaks.

What changes the cost of a new sink install?

The type of sink and how much the plumbing has to change. Swapping a drop-in sink in the same spot is the simplest job. Undermount and farmhouse sinks, moving the drain, replacing old valves or adding a disposal add time and parts. We give you upfront pricing for your job and you approve it before we begin.
