How We Install a New Toilet

We shut off the water, remove the old toilet and inspect the flange, bolts and floor. If the flange is broken or the subfloor is damaged, we explain the repair and price it before going further. We set the new toilet on a fresh wax ring or seal, connect a new supply line, and replace the shutoff valve if it is old or leaking. Then we test the flush, check the fill level and look for any leaks at the base and the connection. We haul away the old fixture when you want us to.

Do you install new toilets on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island?

How do I know it is time to replace my toilet?

Replace it if the tank or bowl is cracked, if it clogs often even after the drain has been checked, or if it is an older high-volume model using 3.5 gallons or more per flush. A wobble caused by a damaged flange is another reason. For worn flappers or fill valves, a repair is usually enough.

Are high-efficiency toilets worth it in Hawaii?

Can a new toilet help a home on septic or a cesspool?
